My Commitment
I have been fortunate to build my life and career in a community that gave me opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. After more than twenty years building homes and communities, I know that what we build today shapes what is possible tomorrow.
My commitment is to help Atascadero grow with purpose by expanding opportunities, protecting what makes our community special, and bringing people together to make thoughtful decisions about our future.

Bring People Together
Good local government starts with listening. I believe residents should feel welcomed, respected, and able to participate in decisions that affect their neighborhoods and families.
We will not always agree, but disagreement does not have to divide us. By listening to understand, treating one another with respect, and looking for common ground, we can make practical decisions that reflect the needs of the whole community.
Preserve our Character
Atascadero can welcome new opportunities without losing the qualities of a home. Our oak trees and open spaces, established neighborhoods, cherished businesses, historic places, and independent spirit give our city a character all its own. Growth should strengthen our community—not simply make it bigger.
I believe thoughtful planning and good design can help us accommodate change while respecting what is already here.
Expand Opportunities
A strong community should create opportunities for all people. I will support local businesses for a healthy economy, encourage housing that meets our community’s needs, and invest responsibly in infrastructure and programs that improve everyone's quality of life.
I want Atascadero to be a place where more families can build a future, businesses can succeed, and longtime residents can continue to enjoy the community they helped build.
